$20.00 for each monitored/assisted session, pay as you come. The Clay Room woll be open to members of Amarillo Art Institute on Thursday afternoons from 3:00pm-9:30pm. During this time Nannette Womack will be available to assist you with your work. We have three wheels that you can use to throw pots, an extruder and a slab roller. This is not a class, but Nannette will answer your questions, give assistance and be available for advice.

$20 Fee includes use of equipment and kiln to fire projects created during monitored open session.

Clay is available for purchase along with ceramic tools from Marsha or Nannette.

Amarillo Art Institute Members may sign up to use the Clay Room when there is not a class in session. Pior to signing up, the member must attend one monitored open session to go over clean up procedures and rules for the Clay Room.

This fee does not include the fee for firing and using the kiln. Those charges are determined by the size, length of fire, and space used in the kiln on an individual basis.
