Mission – We Inspire, Educate, and Enrich Lives Through Art!
History
Envisioning a future as the premier visual arts institute in America, a group of local art enthusiasts led by philanthropist and artist Ann Crouch founded the Amarillo Art Institute, Inc. to provide art education and appreciation for area residents. In May 24, 2004, the volunteer board of directors achieved incorporation as a non-profit organization.
