First Friday Art Walk
Every first Friday of the month, you’ll find the Galleries at Sunset Center alive with activity, teeming with art lovers and artists gathering to enjoy local art.
What do First Friday Art Walks mean for the Amarillo Art Institute? For our school, it’s an opportunity to showcase our instructors’ and students’ artwork, to educate people through demonstrations, and start conversations with people who are interested in the arts. It’s a way to reach out to those who might not venture to our school on their own.
We invite you and your friends to join us every First Friday Art Walk to experience the excitement of the galleries and our school! The Art Walks are from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and also include live music and food. All ages are welcome.
