Cecy Turner will be returning to Amarillo Art Institue for a 3-day workshop November 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Cecy is one of our most popular instructors who loves to have the opportunity to share her talents in either watercolor or oil. She is also an award winning artist who holds many honors.
